Rob was our service repairman. He was very nice, prompt, knowledgeable about our washing machine and knew right away what was wrong with it. He told us upfront the price to fix it, had the tools and parts with him and was able to fix it in a timely manner. He showed us exactly what part had gone bad and gave us some good advice on how to keep our machine running smoothly. We were very satisfied with our service and Rob's work, we will definitely call him again.
